- Coextrusion Die Design – A specially engineered die that merges two molten polymer streams into a uniform multilayer structure. Designed with specialized flow channels and bonding features, it ensures excellent interlayer adhesion. Cygnet offers both rotating and fixed spiral die options.
- Rotating Haul-Off – Pulls the cooled and solidified film from the die with nip rollers, maintaining proper film tension and ensuring smooth, uniform thickness.
- Winding Systems – Advanced winding solutions with automatic edge alignment, tension control, and PLC integration deliver consistent, high-quality rolls.
