Major Components

  • Extruder with Special Screw & Barrel – Processes recycled PP or HDPE into molten form using heaters. The molten plastic is passed through a screen changer and delivered to a T-shaped die.
  • T-Shape Die & Cooling Tank – Shapes the plastic into a uniform sheet of controlled thickness and width, followed by a water bath to solidify and stabilize the material.
  • Slitting & Stretching Unit – Solidified sheets are slit into narrow strips, adjustable based on required thickness. The strips are then stretched to enhance strength and flexibility.
  • Winding System – The final sutli is wound into rolls of different weights, diameters, and dimensions. Cygnet offers both standard 18-station winders and specialized fibrillation winders, depending on customer requirements.
