This extrusion method, one of the most widely used in the packaging industry, supports the production of multi-layer films from a variety of polymers such as LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, PBAT, and PLA.

The process begins with feeding polymer granules into the hopper, where they are melted with the help of precision heating systems. The molten polymer is extruded through a screw barrel and die, inflated like a balloon using compressed air, cooled with an advanced air ring, and flattened through nip rollers. Finally, the film is wound into rolls, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and high-quality output.

Our machines offer an output capacity ranging from 50 kg/h to 250 kg/h and can produce films with a lay-flat width between 4 inches and 180 inches.
